This tea is made from a fruit called Prekese (Prɛkɛsɛ) which has been used for centuries by African ancestors for cooking (gives off a deep, sweet aroma), medicine (it's said to be great for high blood pressure, weight loss, breast milk production, immune system booster, etc.) and even soap; so I thought, why not make it into a tea!


Aidan Fruit Tea is 100% natural - no additives, caffeine free and no preservatives! It's produced in Eastern Region, Ghana.


It’s loose leaf so you'll need a tea bag, strainer or tea press to make a good cup; however I'll include a few empty tea bags so you're not left hanging when it arrives.


This 4oz bag creates approximately 35 servings; you can also reuse the tea bag content once more!


Ingredients: 100% Prekese


Suggested Use: Drink a cup in the morning and evening. I personally love adding a bit of lemon and honey; I use it for iced tea too! Also, avoid packing the tea bags too tight so it can steep well, the tea should be a dark color.
