The oil is solid at room temperature. You can stick the jar in hot water, or apply low heat to liquefy it (a solid chunk will melt in your hands)

Most of us already know about the benefits of coconut oil. The REAL difference between our oil and 99% of the market is, IT’S NOT COLD PRESSED. Why does that matter?

Wet milled coconut oil is processed from fresh coconut meat as opposed to copra (dried coconut kernels), which is the norm today. According to several studies, the wet-milling process produces higher levels of antioxidants amongst all varieties of coconut oil.

The wet-milling fermentation method grates fresh coconut, expresses the coconut milk, and then separates the oil overnight by allowing the heavier water to fall, while the lighter, crystal clear oil, remains on top. With this method, the oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat without drying or additional manipulation.

Many methods can be used to further separate the oil from the water include boiling, fermentation, refrigeration, enzymes and mechanical centrifuge. We use heat and fermentation to achieve premium coconut oil just for you!
